Description of Work The project includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing lift station, the installation of a new package lift station, and the implementation of radio telemetry. The City also reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who has previously failed to properly perform or complete contracts of a similar nature on time, who is not in a position to fulfill the Contract, or who has habitually neglected payment of bills or disregarded obligations to subcontractors, material suppliers, or employees without just cause. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days, subsequent to the opening of Bids, without the consent of both the Owner and the Bidder.
