Work Summary: The Allegheny Police & Fire Academy and Armory Roof Replacement project is defined by the Construction Documents. A general summary of Work is as follows: 1. Under the Base Bid, provide labor, materials, and equipment required for the removal of approximately 15,000 square feet of existing modified bitumen, built up roofing, and ballasted EPDM roof assemblies and related materials across the identified roof areas and installation of new tapered insulation assemblies and a fully adhered EPDM roof system and related materials as defined by the Construction Documents.
