Renovation of an existing approximately 3,530 SF, masonry and wood framed structure and a 737 SF addition to include a new entry vestibule, Janitor closet and latrines. Work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, painted gypsum wall board, ceramic tile, painted gypsum ceilings, acoustic ceiling tile, sealed concrete floors, carpet, windows and doors, connection to new electrical service, new concrete sidewalk, masonry repair, electrical, mechanical and plumbing. Work associated with the addition includes but is not limited to new masonry walls, concrete foundations, asphalt shingle roof, painted gypsum wall board, painted gypsum ceilings and associated MEP work.
