This project would provide for a three inch asphalt overlay on Merle Hay Road between NW 55th Avenue and NW 61st Street. This would be the segment of Merle Hay Road between the Gateway project and the Town Center project which was not improved, The roadway is beginning to require additional maintenance beyond the normal requirements and would benefit from an overlay This project is included in the city's fy 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program. As of June 16, 2025, further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
