Renovation of a mixed-use development in Johnston, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,500-square-foot educational facility.

The project consists of an interior renovation of approximately 10,500 SF of currently unoccupied space in the district office building to support two academic programs. Area A (8,200 SF); Entrance, office space, support space, restrooms, classrooms. Area B (2,300 SF); Entrance, life skills lab / Classroom, restrooms, shower. The work will include reconfiguration of space, finishes, ceilings, lighting and replacement MEPT equipment and distribution throughout the area. A $50.00 refundable deposit paid to INVISION Architecture or electronic copy of your current MBI Card is required to obtain construction documents. If the Construction Documents are returned in good condition within 14 days after the bid date to Beeline & Blue, the deposit will be returned, however a non-refundable handling fee of $25.00 shall be made payable to Beeline and Blue which will apply to all sets shipped or delivered. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Minority and Targeted Small Business participation is encouraged.
