This solicitation is for Repair and Replace Roll Up Door systems components in Buildings 3423 (AGE Maintenance Shop) and 3424 (AGE Motor Pool Shop) at the Hawaii Air National Guard Campus, JBPHH, Hickam AFB, HI 96853. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A site visit has been scheduled for 10 September 2024 at 11:00 am HST. Price quotation, signed SF1449 and dated 2. Amendments or acknowledgements (if applicable), signed and dated Quotes are due by 11:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST) Thursday, September 19, 2024. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to warren.m.sabugo.civ@army.mil . Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Reference solicitation number in subject line. Any questions received thereafter may not be processed. It is the Government's intent to award without discussions. Vendors are encouraged to present their best terms from a price and technical standpoint. Basis for Award: The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from competitive quotes received in response to this solicitation. The quote will be evaluated for a fair and reasonable price. The award decision will be made to the lowest priced offeror conforming to this solicitation and Performance Work Statement. The Government expects competitive quotes to be submitted for this procurement and will use these competitive quotes to determine price reasonableness in accordance with FAR 13.106-3. Evaluation and award will be determined by the lowest price quote based solely on the factors specified in the solicitation. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be 120 days.
