The County invites qualified experienced Contractor(s) to respond to this Request for Tender for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials for the replacement of the Calton Line culvert, located in the Municipality of Bayham in the County of Elgin. Located on Calton Line (County Road No. 45) 40m east of Mitchell Line in the Municipality of Bayham. The project entails the removal of an existing 2120mm CSP pipe and its replacement with 3000mm diameter CSP pipe, including cut off walls, quarry stone rip-rap protection, roadworks, guardrails and all associated restoration.
