Renovation of an educational facility in Voorhees, New Jersey. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of 10/24/24 all bids rejected. A timeline for the rebid has not yet been established. Eastern Camden County Regional High School 2025 Partial HVAC Replacement. 7. The Base Bid Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following items: a. Remove the existing domestic hot water boiler, heat exchanger, storage tank, recirculation pumps and associated piping, wiring and controls and provide new high efficiency gas-fired instantaneous domestic hot water heaters, storage tank, pumps and associated combustion air intake/flue ductwork, piping, insulation, wiring and controls in accordance with the contract documents. b. Provide new Ductless Split System Heat Pumps including associated piping, insulation, controls, and electrical power in accordance with the contract documents. c. Remove and replace exhaust fans EF-1 through EF-27 including associated controls and electrical power wiring in accordance with the contract documents. d. Remove and replace packaged rooftop units RTU-1 through RTU-7 including adapter curbs, ductwork, piping, insulation, controls, and electrical power in accordance with the contract documents. e. Remove the existing unit heaters/cabinet unit heaters and provide new unit heaters/cabinet unit heaters including associated piping, piping insulation, valves, controls, and power wiring in accordance with the contract documents. f. Remove and replace gravity ventilators GV-1 through GV-24 including associated dampers and controls in accordance with the contract documents. g. Remove and replace indoor air handling unit AHU-1, pad-mounted Condensing Unit CU-1, and associated ductwork, piping, insulation, controls, and electrical power in accordance with the contract documents. h. Provide new ductless split system DSS-1A/DCU-1A including associated piping, insulation, controls, and electrical power in accordance with the contract documents. 8. The Alternate Bid Items include the following items: a. Alternate Bid Item #1 - Remove the existing horizontal heating-only unit ventilators serving the "Sports Complex" and provide new horizontal heating and cooling unit ventilators, roof-mounted condensing units, Ductless Split System Heat Pump, gravity ventilators and all associated ductwork, piping, insulation, controls, and electrical power in accordance with the contract documents. b. Alternate Bid Items #2 - Remove the existing horizontal heating-only unit ventilators serving the Gym #2 Boys and Girls Locker Rooms and provide new horizontal heating and cooling unit ventilators, roof-mounted condensing units , gravity ventilators, and all associated ductwork, piping, insulation, controls, and electrical power in accordance with the contract documents. c. Alternate Bid Items #3 - Remove the existing horizontal heating-only unit ventilators serving the Gym #1 Boys and Girls Team Rooms and provide new horizontal heating and cooling unit ventilators, roof-mounted condensing units, gravity ventilators, and all associated ductwork, piping, insulation, controls, and electrical power in accordance with the contract documents. d. Alternate Bid Item #4 - Remove and replace exhausts fans EF-28 through EF-92 including associated controls and electrical power wiring in accordance with the control documents. 9. Refer to the construction drawings and specifications for a complete scope of work. The Bidder and named Prime Subcontractors must be pre-qualified prior to the date that bids are received. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check or Bid Bond in the form provided in the Contract Documents, with corporate surety satisfactory to the Owner, in an amount of 10% of the Base Bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00. Question Deadline 09/24/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Deadline for Questions email to jminniti@garrisonarch.com. Thursday 09/26/24 Deadline for Addendum Issued to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the dates set for the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22 or to waive minor informalities, defects, and non-material exceptions. The Project consists of a partial HVAC Replacement at Eastern Camden County Regional High School, 1401 Laurel Oak Road, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043. The Contractors are strongly encouraged to verify all existing condition, dimensions and areas prior to submitting a responsive / responsible bid. Such site visit shall be for familiarizing the Contractor with the conditions as they exist and the character of the operations to be carried on under the Contract Documents, including all existing site conditions, access to the site, physical characteristics of the site and surrounding areas. Field verify existing conditions, exact dimensions of existing rooms and openings, etc. The dimensions shown on the bidding documents are approximate and provided for preliminary reference only. 4. Record all necessary existing conditions, adjust exact materials and methods as required and submit via shop drawings for Architect's review within 45 days of Notice of Award. 5. Clean finishes and wipe down walls floors, doors, frames and adjacent surfaces as required to remove resulting construction/renovation residue. 6. Coordinate installation so that safe egress from the building is maintained at all times.
