The Scope of Work includes materials and labor to construct a 4,800 SF salt storage structure utilizing concrete lego blocks with a vinyl hoop structure and a 2,400 SF pre-engineered metal building for the Water Department Storage Building and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Contract Sum as security for the faithful performance of the Contract, and also a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum as security for the payment of all persons performing labor on the project under this Contract and furnishing materials in connection with this Contract. The City of Festus anticipates issuing notice to proceed in October 2024. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and To Waive Any Irregularities in the Best Interest of the Owner.
