As of November 5, 2024, an engineer has not been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Description, provide services for both electrical and mechanical engineering. The purpose of these services is to develop construction documents supporting system replacements and improvements to our 50-year-old campus infrastructure. The electrical infrastructure is a shared electrical substation with the local utility and three medium voltage primary distribution branches. There is a variety of mechanical equipment including central loops for heating and cooling, buildings not serviced by the central loops, and variable refrigerant flow systems. The priority is to replace 50-year-old air handlers, VAV boxes, and pneumatic controls. Preparing the "Program of Requirements" (POR) for the project is considered part of this RFQ as an Additional Service. The college campus contains the following functions, administration, classrooms, athletics, performance, laboratory, information technology, computer, auditorium, etc. The campus is composed of 13 buildings with a total of 770,671 square feet, sited on 353 acres.
