Sealed bids are requested for Farmpark Paving Improvements, BID NUMBER: 2026-009. All related documents, specifications, and plans can be viewed and purchased through SE Blueprint, Inc. or reviewed at designated Lake Metroparks locations or online. Each bid $75,000 or greater must include a Bid Guarantee in the form of either a certified/cashier's check for 10% of the bid amount or a Bid Guarantee and Performance Bond for the full amount of the bid. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Bid No. and Project Title, and may not be withdrawn for sixty days after opening. The successful bidder, upon contract, must provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. The Board may award a contract to the lowest and best bidder, accept separate or combined bids, or reject any or all bids and waive technical deficiencies or irregularities in bids. This Project is Located at Lake Metroparks Farmpark Property in the City of Kirtland, Lake County, Ohio. This Project Consists of Full Depth Pavement Repair, Single Layer Chip Sealing, Installation of Asphalt Pavement Courses, Berming, Seeding & Mulching, and Other Miscellaneous Related Items of Work. The Contractor is Responsible for Being Familiarized With Existing Site Conditions and for Verifying All Field Measurements.
