Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The work on which proposals are required consists of the following: Shaping 5,507 Feet of Roadway Section Construction of 3652 Square Yards of 6' Wide Concrete Sidewalk Installation of Pole Mounted Solar Lighting Units Reflectorized Paint Pavement Striping The OWNER may reject any or all BIDS and waive informalities or minor irregularities in BIDS received. Black River Technical College herby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. Build America, Buy America provisions apply to this project.
