Renovation of a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Cameras will be mostly new installation, but in some areas are in place of existing equipment (analog cameras) that must be removed and the requested equipment will be integrated into the existing Avigilon NVRs. A total of 8 analog cameras will need to be removed. New Cat6A cabling will need to be run to all camera locations and terminated into Cat6A patch panels in networking closets. All patch panels, cabling, keystone jacks and patch cables must be supplied by the selected vendor. Cabling runs will average less than 200' per camera. The Metropolitan School District of Warren Township is seeking proposals for a project to supply, install, and configure Avigilon camera equipment at Warren Central High School (9500 E 16th St. Indianapolis, IN) and Walker Career Center (9651 East 21st St, Indianapolis, IN 46229). Bidders are advised that this project may be contingent upon the successful obtaining of Construction funding, and the contract agreement between the district and the successful bidder must recognize that contingency. Project Description: MSD Warren Township is currently accepting proposals to supply and install 48 Avigilon cameras attached to network video recorders at Warren Central High School (9500 E. 16th St. Indianapolis, IN) and Walker Career Center (9651 East 21st St, Indianapolis, IN 46229). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various organizations, to conduct a fair and extensive evaluation and to establish a contract through fair and competitive negotiations Bid proposals received after the deadline listed above will not be considered.
