Project Scope of Work: Installation of two (2) new boilers for the MSP Tri-City Post as detailed in attached specification and drawings. Contractor shall handle the delivery for the boilers from the procurement contractor and coordinate with PSC and owner the transfer of warranties. Installation of these boilers shall also include a manual bypass for the boilers to the indirect domestic hot water system. It is the intent that one (1) existing boiler shall stay in operation to handle the heating load as needed while one (1) new boiler is being installed. Once the new boiler is installed, the remaining existing boiler can be removed and replaced. Alternate 1 shall include an additional cost for an automated bypass system to the indirect domestic hot water system. Alternate 1 shall also include the cost for controls upgrades, panels, head end units, etc. as necessary for a complete operational system. The site is located at 2402 Salzburg Road Freeland, MI 48623. additional pre bid meeting note: The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to answer questions and provide an inspection tour of the Project site at the scheduled time on the day of the meeting.
