Renovation of a municipal facility in Chatham, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Pittsylvania County is seeking sealed bids from licensed and insured contractors for the replacement of three (3) Roof Top Air Handler Units at the Pittsylvania County Human Services Center located at 220 H G Mcghee Dr, Chatham, VA 24531. The contractor will be responsible for sourcing, installing, testing, and providing warranty support for the units. Questions and responses will be posted on our website, online, as an addendum by 11:00 am, September 19, 2024. All bids shall be sealed and marked on the outside of the bid packet: "Replacement of Three Roof Top Air Handler Units" Plan Holders List not maintained. Pending approval by the Board of Supervisors, a Notice of Award will be posted on our website. The County of Pittsylvania, Virginia does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia, && 2.2-4343.1, 1950 as amended or against a bidder or offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by Federal, State, and County law relating to discrimination in employment or contracting.
