Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Miramar, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City of Miramar is seeking a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and incidentals, as necessary, for the installation of a new 250 KW Natural gas generator at Fire Station 19, and perform the removal of the existing 250 KW diesel generator inside the generator room, along with an existing 3000 gallon underground diesel generator tank located outside the building, and connecting the new generator directly with Florida City Gas, etc. The removal of the underground 3000-gallon diesel tank and restoration is to be done by a certified Pollutant Storage System Specialty Contractor (PSSSC). The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 09/26/2024 at 6:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted in writing to the City's Procurement Department, 2200 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Florida 33025, by email to: bamartin@miramarfl.gov. Absolutely no questions will be answered if submitted after the question submittal deadline.
