Renovation of an educational facility in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Full renovation of the campus dining hall. This includes expansion of current seating, enclosure of an outdoor covered walkway, and an addition of a covered outdoor eating space (new roof canopy). Furniture upgrade to seat a a minimum of 150 up to 180. Potential of replacing current fluorescent lights to new LED lighting. The school has floor plan, 3D renderings, and preliminary furniture plans that will be included in the scope Anticipated Project Delivery Method: CM-R The Agency requests qualifications fromfirms interested in providing professional services for the project listed above. Any questions concerning this solicitation must be addressed to the Agency Project Coordinator listed above. Anticipated Construction Cost Range: $975,000 to $1,100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
