This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to receive proposals from qualified firms to provide pre-award and postaward engineering services for Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) contract(s), if awarded, from the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) and/or Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). HMA includes FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities Grant Program (BRIC) and Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Program (FMA). a. The County is considering applying for such funding to support eligible mitigation projects under the following programs: Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) b. Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities Grant Program (BRIC) c. Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Program (FMA) Any questions relating to these requirements should be directed to: danya.lewis@grimescountytexas.gov. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and to take whatever action is in the best interest of the County.
