Site work for a civil project in Essex Junction, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The contract generally includes the in-place rehabilitation of approximately 200 L.F. of 8 concrete sanitary sewer pipe located on Park Street, the in-place rehabilitation of approximately 145 L.F. of 18 corrugated metal storm water pipe located on Brookside Avenue, and the in-place rehabilitation of a sanitary sewer manhole located along Educational Drive. All work will be in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents and information prepared by the City of Essex Junction, 2 Lincoln Street, Essex Junction, Vermont. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid, payable to the City of Essex Junction payable to the City of Essex Junction, as a guaranty that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance, Labor, and Material Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. Acceptable form for a Bid Guaranty is either a bid bond or certified check. The anticipated contract start date for the project is 11/04/2024 and all work shall be completed on or before 12/29/2024.
