Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Essex Junction, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 19, 2025, the project has received bids. Selection of a general contractor is expected in the next few weeks. Construction is expected to begin in April 2025 and be completed in June 2025. FY 2025 ADA Compliant Sidewalk Ramps Project. All questions related to this Invitation to Bid shall be directed to the Town Staff Engineer, Dan Gregoire, E.I., at 81 Main Street, Essex Junction, VT 05452.
