The contractor will be responsible for mowing, weed eating, edging, removing downed limbs and manicuring scrubs and trees on all property. If at any time the appearance does not meet the expectations of Mr. Allan Whatley or the City Council, the City will have the option to terminate the contract. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, tools, fuel and Commercial General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 each occurrence naming the City of Jefferson as additional insured with waiver of subrogation. Payment will be on a monthly basis. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
