The County of Sonoma Public Infrastructure Department ("County" or "Owner") is reposting this invitation to respond to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") from architectural firms who have been pre-qualified and shortlisted through the RFSOQ process ("Respondents"). This RFP is being reposted due to insufficient initial responses being received. If your firm had successfully submitted your proposal in the solicitation Event ID# SC001- 0000001870 you do not need to resubmit your proposal as they will be evaluated with the proposals received from this reposted event. The due date for submitting proposals on the County's Supplier Portal is Monday, September 16, 2024 by 2:00pm PDT. The successful Respondent will contract with the County to provide design and construction administration services (the "Architectural Contract") for the County's New County Government Center(the "Project"). Benedict_Tranel@gensler.com Mark Cavagnero Associates kangk@cavagnero.com SERA Design & Architecture, Inc. / MGA stuartc@seradesign.com The County of Sonoma Public Infrastructure Department ("County" or "Owner") invites responses to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") from architectural firms who have been pre-qualified and shortlisted through the RFSOQ process ("Respondents"). The successful Respondent will contract with the County to provide design and construction administration services (the "Architectural Contract") for the County's New County Government Center(the "Project"). The living wage rate required under the County's Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) has increased. Effective January 1, 2024, the living wage rate required under the LWO shall be $18.10 per hour. The adjustment was adopted by the County's Board of Supervisors on December 12, 2023, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d).
