consulting firms to provide professional engineering services in the capacity of the City Engineer. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Typical services include assisting the City in reviewing and recommending actions regarding development projects - updating City construction standards - preparing grant and loan applications - completing and amending Capital and other Facilities Plans - and design - bid - and construction engineering services. Services may include but are not limited to the following: water distribution and treatment - sewer collection - wastewater treatment - transportation - environmental - structural - and electrical planning and engineering. Initial services will include providing planning phase engineering services for the City's water system including development of a Water Master Plan that is in accordance with the Idaho Interagency Facility Plan Memorandum requirements issued in November 2016. Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: &tempmargin;1) Key personnel; 2) firm experience with Idaho communities including past performance/references; 3) firm experience with water master planning and municipal engineering services; 4) approach to city engineering.
