A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Project Type: Five building apartments with four units for each building, total 20 apartments. The apartments and specifications will be the basis for the single Bid for construction. The buildings are required to conform to HUD and Federal Housing requirements for construction. 2.
