Question Deadline 09/19/2024 at 11:00 AM PT No oral interpretations of the Bid will be made to any Bidder. All questions shall be submitted in writing by email to purchasing@snoco.org. All responses will be posted and available to all potential bidders via written addenda within one to two business days after the "questions due" date. For site technical issues, please call 425.388.3344. Event bid open note: Bids are opened by County staff and may be viewed via Teams online meetings. Bidders may attend bid openings on the 6th floor of the Robert J Drewel Building. Bidders may also call in and listen to the bid opening at the number below. The phone number for bid openings is: 1-425-262-2000, 164 609 418# Click on the hyperlink for the Bid Opening Meetings "Equal Products" may be considered providing they meet the same form, fit, function and quality of the original product(s) specified. If an alternate product is proposed, the Bidder shall provide sufficient information with the bid to allow the County to determine that the alternate product is equivalent to the product specified. Any samples requested shall be provided to Snohomish County at no charge. Snohomish County retains the sole right to accept or reject "Equal Products" that are bid.
