If an alternate product is proposed, the Bidder shall provide sufficient information with the bid to allow the County to determine that the alternate product is equivalent to the product specified. Any samples requested shall be provided to Snohomish County at no charge. Snohomish County retains the sole right to accept or reject "Equal Products" that are bid.
