Site work and paving for a road / highway in Headingley, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work involves construction of bituminous pavement including milling of the existing bituminous pavement on the main lanes and turning lane of Provincial Trunk Highway 1, from Provincial Road 334 East Junction to 1.2 km easterly for a total construction distance of approximately 1.2km, in the Municipality of Headingley. Completion Model the Following Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages the Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than October 31, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date the Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is October 31 of Each Year.
