Electrical Switchboard and Stepdown Transformer for Career and Technical Building The College reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in bidding and to accept the bid that in our judgment best serves the interest of the College. PROJECT DESCRIPTION All material associated with electrical switchboard, service entrance disconnect switch, step-down transformer, and associated powersystemsstudy bid package for the new SWIC Red Bud Career & Technical Education Building. It is the owners intent to issue a purchase order for the electricalswitchboard, service entrance disconnectswitch, step-down transformer, and associated powersystems study as soon as possible while associated designisbeing completed.Upon completion ofdesign, contractdocumentswillbeissuedforbidding for a new career and technical education building on the SWIC Red Bud, IL campus whichwillnecessitate the procurement of a new electricalswitchboard, service entrance disconnectswitch,step-down transformer, and associated power systems study. The Ownerwillguarantee payment oftheunits, but the purchase order will be assigned to the successful bidding contractorfor payment and installation of the units. The proposals will be evaluated to determine the combination of pricing and delivery schedule that best meets the Owners interest. The Owner reserves the right to reject allproposals.
