Renovation of an educational facility in Red Bud, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All material associated with electrical switchboard, service entrance disconnect switch, step-down transformer, and associated power systems study bid package and the packaged rooftop air-conditioning units bid package for the new SWIC Red Bud Career & Technical Education Building. It is the owner's intent to issue a purchase order for the electrical switchboard, service entrance disconnect switch, step-down transformer, associated power systems study, and the rooftop air-conditioning units as soon as possible while associated design is being completed. Upon completion of design, contract documents will be issued for bidding for a new career and technical education building on the SWIC Red Bud, IL campus which will necessitate the procurement of a new electrical switchboard, service entrance disconnect switch, step-down transformer, associated power systems study, and the rooftop air-conditioning units. The Owner will guarantee payment of the units, but the purchase order will be assigned to the successful bidding contractor for payment and installation of the units. The proposals will be evaluated to determine the combination of pricing and delivery schedule that best meets the Owner's interest. The Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals. Bids will be based on a Single Lump Sum contract.
