American Constructors, the Construction Manager-at-Risk for Liberty Hill ISD Elementary #8, requests proposals for the Pkg 01: Grading/Utilities/Foundation for the Elementary School #8 project. Project Description: New ~112,000 sf elementary school for Liberty Hill ISD located on a site in the Lariat Subdivision on CR 214. Remaining site trades and building trades will bid at a later date in Pkg-02. Alternates: Provide bond cost as an alternate to the proposal. Do not include bond cost in the base proposal amount. Voluntary VE alternates are welcomed and encouraged! Tax Exempt Status: The owner of this project is a tax exempt entity. Subcontractors must provide the following additional information with their proposals: - Approximate number of man-hours of labor included in your proposal. - Approximate number of workers (average) proposed for this project on an average day during performance of your work - Approximate number of workers (average) employed by your firm capable of working on this site ALL PROPOSALS MUST HAVE PROPOSAL FORM ON PAGE 8 SUBMITTED WITH PROPOSAL The overall project schedule is: Anticipated Start Work - November 2024; Completion - February 2025 All proposers shall take this duration into account and provide adequate manpower.
