The project consists of an approximately 112,000 sf elementary school, with 3 classroom wings, a gymnasium, cafeteria, library, and administrative area. Due to sloping site, the building will be 1 story at the front of the building, with 2 stories in 2 of the classroom wings. The overall project schedule is: Anticipated Start Work - December 2024 Anticipated Completion - February 2026 Tax Exempt Status: The owner of this project is a tax exempt entity.
