Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Liberty Hill, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Liberty Hill, herein after City, is seeking a professional engineering firm to provide consultation and design services to support construction of a new parking lot located at City Park - 255 CR 200, Liberty Hill TX 78642. This request is for consultant services for the final design, construction bid development and administration, and construction observation The successful respondent will be required to adhere to a timeline which enables construction to occur between May-August 2025. Deadline for Respondent Questions Submitted to the City of Liberty Hill September 27, 2024, by 5:00 PM CST Questions and Answers to be posted on the City of Liberty Hill website on or before October 4, 2024, by 5:00 PM CST Questions can be directed to the City of Liberty Hill Finance Department at Tharkey@libertyhilltx.gov or Taylor Harkey, 512-548-5531. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City also reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to accept any submittal deemed most advantageous, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the submittal received
