Site work for a water / sewer project in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of three 10,000-gallon underground storage tanks and two fuel islands at the Town of Wellesley DPW at 20 Municipal Way. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The scope of work includes the replacement of (3) 10,000-gallon underground storage tanks (USTs) and (2) independent fuel islands for the Town of Wellesley Department of Public Works (DPW) located at 30 Municipal Way, Wellesley, MA 02481. Work includes, but is not limited to site preparation, demolition, removal and disposal of materials, backfill and compaction, concrete pad installations, tank installations, fuel island equipment installation site restoration, and paving. Every request for such interpretation should be sent via email to Zach Wallin of Weston & Sampson (wallinz@wseinc.com) and Doug Stewart of the Town of Wellesley (dstewart@wellesleyma.gov) and to be given consideration must be received before 5:00 p.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.
