Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
ITEMS TO BE BID: Work to be done as part of this project includes the construction of a new dumpster enclosure and relocation of an existing smoking shelter located at 600 4th Street West in Ashland, Wisconsin. BID GUARANTEE: Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Bank Check, or Money Order (but not a personal check or company check) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price, payable to the City of Ashland Housing Authority, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bonds within the time set by the City of Ashland Housing Authority, or the bid guarantee will be forfeited. Bids may not be withdrawn within five (5) days of the bid opening without the approval of the owner. BIDDERS QUALIFICATIONS: Only qualified General Contractors may submit bids on this project work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Owner.
