The deadline for questions is forty-eight (48) hours before the proposals are due Description of the Work: 1. Improvements to Mason County Building 10, including, but not limited to the following: construction and remodel of court offices and courtroom support spaces, restrooms and kitchenette, an exterior ramp and guardrail. Design will include upgrades to existing electrical power, lighting, communications, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems as required. 2. Provide all Work required to complete the project as shown in the Contract Documents. 3. Selective building demolition and site demolition as shown in the Contract Documents. 4. The Contractor is responsible for the design, engineering, permitting and construction of Electrical and Fire Protection Work required to complete the project. 5. All site conditions and Contract Documents shall have been examined by the Contractor prior to bidding. The Contractor understands the Contract Documents and the quality and quantities of materials to be provided.
