Phase 1, 2, 3 & 4 Fox Run, Wilson Way, Stadium Beach Rd West & Stadium Beach Rd East, Fiber Installation and Splicing Project, Obtainable From the District Upon Request. This Project is Funded Through a Federal Grant Under the Usda Rural Utilities Services Reconnect Program. All Contractors and Subcontractors Are Required to Pay the Higher of Either the Federal Wage Rate (Davis-bacon) or Washington States Prevailing Wages. Mason Pud 3 is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. Small, Minority, and Women Owned Businesses Are Encouraged to Submit Bids. Proposals for This Work Must Be Sealed, Marked Questions that arise following review of documents or independent site visits are to be in writing and submitted to purchaser@masonpud3.org. See Item 4. Addenda below. Bid Security and Bonds Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Bank Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond Executed by a Washington State Licensed Surety Company, in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount Bid. No Bid Will Be Considered Unless Accompanied by Such a Bond or Security. Rejection of Bids the Commissioners Reserve the Unqualified Right in Their Sole and Absolute Discretion to Waive Any Informalities and to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Accept the Bid, Which in Their Sole and Absolute Judgment Will, Under All Circumstances, Best Serve the Interest of the District.
