Fraser Health is seeking Proponent(s) with experience in providing minimum two (2), or all three (3) of the services listed below at patients or Clients' residential homes - for a health authority or a health region (or a public-sector entity) in Canada, and/or in the province of British Columbia, preferably, or in North America: General Cleaning services De-cluttering and hoarding re-solving services Biohazard and other hazardous waste removal services Each Proponent should be a single legal entity that, if selected, intends to negotiate and enter into the contract with Fraser Health. If the Proposal is being submitted jointly by two (2) or more separate entities, the Proposal should identify only one (1) of those entities as the "leading proponent". The leading proponent will be responsible for the performance of the Deliverables. Deadline for Questions: Potential Proponents should direct all inquiries and discussion on any issue relating to this RFP, through the Bonfire portal, by deadline date to the Contract Person of this RFP September 27, 2024, Pacific Time. This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada - European Union Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA). The RFP will be in English and all documents responding to the RFP also must be in English.
