Site work for a civil project in Athens, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
"Excavation" shall consist of the required excavation within the limits shown on the plans. The removal and proper utilization or disposal of all excavated materials; and the construction, shaping, and finishing of all earthwork on the entire area in conformity with the required lines, grades, and typical cross sections and in accordance with specification requirements herein outlined. Compaction of embankments shall conform either to the method of "Ordinary Compaction" or the "Density Control" method as outlined in the Item, "Embankment". The method used shall be as shown on the plans. Question Deadline 09/25/2024 Questions received less than 24 hours prior to the date for opening of bids run a risk of not being answered. Proposed 6,000 Gallon Pressure Tank at Jiba Pump Station. Project Will Include, but Not Limited to the Following: - 6,000 Gallon Pressure Tank Bid Security, Performance and Payment Bonds Shall Be as Set Forth in the Instructions for Bidders. Becker-jiba SUD Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Formalities. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within 60 Days After the Actual Bid Opening Date.
