Work resulting in approximately 2,866 linear feet of new pipeline and new/or rehabilitated manholes to consolidate, rehabilitate, and improve collection system piping. Work is intended to reduce infiltration and abandon redundant pipelines located along Massey and Edmondson Streets in the northern part of the city.
