Site work for a mixed-use development in Mulvane, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Part C - Storm Sewers, including approx. 38 LF 34"x22" RCPHE, 130 LF 30"x19" RCPHE with End Sections, 137 LF 30" ASP with End Section, 448 LF 24" ASP, 181 LF 24" RCP, 38 LF 18" RCP and 76 LF 15" RCP, 8 EA Type 1A Curb Inlets, Flushed & Vibrated Sand Backfill and Stone Rip-Rap. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond is acceptable to the City in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal. Checks are to be made payable to the City of Mulvane and drawn on a solvent Kansas Bank or Trust Company. These checks or bonds are to be retained by the City Clerk until the contract for the project shall have been awarded.
