The work to be done under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and construction equipment necessary for the proposed tree and stump removal work at various locations in the City of Niles, complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications. A certified check or bidder's bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required with each proposal. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals and to accept the proposal, which in the opinion of the City Council is most advantageous to the City
