Project was awarded to TGR Services Inc in the amount of $698,729.11 Project Location: 1905 Bond Street, Niles, MI 49120. Question Deadline 10/30/2024 Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders questions received up to two (2) business days prior to conference. total project budget of $700,000.00 Project Description: This Project consists of a new pavilion with two restrooms, a preparation room, and a covered open-air pavilion. The project also includes 10 new pickle-ball courts and an enlarged parking lot. The pavilion will consist of CMU exterior and interior walls, and wood columns supporting a wood truss roof structure with a standing seam metal roof. TIME OF COMPLETION A. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. BID SECURITY A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of bids. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The use of local contractors and labor is encouraged.
