As of October 31, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 18, 2024. Village of Skokie is now accepting sealed BIDS for Building Demolition - 4900, 4904 & 4906 Oakton St., Skokie The Village of Skokie reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village. Bidders will be required to certify that for all work to be performed pursuant to the Contract Documents, at least the prevailing rate of wages as found and determined by the Illinois Department of Labor for Cook County will be paid to all workers and employees employed and working on the project.
