*As of March 04, 2025, this bid has been awarded. Construction work is scheduled to start on June 16, 2025, and is expected to be completed on August 22, 2025. Bid Pack #8 High School and Middle School Boiler Upgrades and MEP Related Systems Allen Park High School - 18401 Champaign Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101 Allen Park Middle School - 8401 Vine Ave, Allen Park, MI 48101 **No oral, fax, mailed, dropped off or emailed Bids shall be submitted. No allowance will be made for late delivery for any reason.** All questions shall be directed to Kelley Ellis, Barton Malow Builders Project Manager, at Kelley.ellis@bartonmalow.com. The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due time and date. Bidders will be required to submit with their Bid Proposals a Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state of Michigan. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by the following three forms: Familial Disclosure Form (in accordance with MCL 380.1267), Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form (in compliance with Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012) and Affidavit of Compliance (Criminal Background Checks). Bid Proposals that do not include these sworn and notarized forms shall not be accepted.
