LOCATION AND SCOPE OF WORK The construction of a salt storage structure at the Bloom Township Maintenance Facility at the intersection of Oak Street and Independence Way in Chicago Heights, Illinois. The work under this contract includes, but it is not limited to: 1.) Construction of a salt storage structure 2.) Associated Lighting and electrical work 3.) Electric Utility Service Connections The following work will require design by the contractor as it is included in this contract as a performance specification: 1.) Concrete Block Foundation Wall 2.) Pre-Engineered Building System All applicable provisions of the IDOT Standard Specifications adopted January 1, 2022, herein after referred to as the Standard Specifications, and IDOT Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special provisions adopted January 1, 2024 shall apply.
