RACW seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms in support of Washington County's Local Share Account Program for the DONORA DEMOLITION PROJECT NO. LS 23-09 in Donora Borough, Pennsylvania. The specific services being sought by RACW are identified in All qualified proposers will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, handicap or sex. RACW is an equal opportunity agency. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. In no event will the RACW consider a contractor as eligible if he cannot initiate the work under the contract within 15 days of the contract execution and proceed to the successful completion of the work within 60 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
