The Project consists of the demolition of the existing structure at 647 McKean Avenue in the Borough of Donora, including all incidental work. Design Requirements: 1. Use Class A concrete for sidewalks, and curbs. Provide Class A concrete air entrained with a minimum compressive strength of 4,000 pounds per square inch at 28 days. 2. Class B concrete may be used for backfilling over excavated foundations, fill concrete, foundation voids and cavities.
