Landfill Gas Vent Installation, Gas Collection and Control System (Gccs) Design and Construction Notice to Offerors for Landfill Gas Vent Installation and Landfill Gccs Design and Construction: New River Resource Authority (Nrra) Owns and Operates the Regional Solid Waste Management Facility (Nrswmf), a Municipal Solid Waste Landfill. Activities Performed at This Facility Involve Accepting, Processing, and Land Disposal of Solid Waste, Managing the Generation of Leachate and Landfill Gas (Lfg). Lfg is Collected and Directed to an Electrical Generation Facility (Separate Stationary Source). The Unused Gas is Combusted on Site With a Utility Flare. Nrra Operates Under a Title V Permit Pursuant to 9vac5 Chapter 80 Article 1 of the Virginia Regulations for the Control and Abatement of Air Pollution. Purpose: Nrra Manages the Landfill Gas Collection and Control System at the Nrswmf (Vdeq Permit #548) Located in Dublin, Virginia. Nrra is Requesting Proposals From Qualified Firms With Knowledge, Expertise, and Experience in the Design and Construction of the Lfg System and Collection of All Landfill Gas.
