Scope: Provide progressive design-build services for a new 4,125 square foot apparatus bay building to be located immediately adjacent to the existing Station 51 administration building. Fire District Apparatus Bay Project: Progressive design-build services - Lewis County Fire Protection District #5 new fire apparatus bay at Station 51, Napavine, Washington. Project Budget: $1,322,420.00 For furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to design and construct the Station 51 Apparatus Bay. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: detail design of apparatus bay per concepts included with the bid package and approval by Lewis County Fire Protection District #5 Board of Fire Commissioners, securing all regulatory approvals, performing site preparation and constructing the approved apparatus bay building as approved, on property owned and provided for the facility by the fire district. City street improvements and speciality equipment as selected by the fire district. Filing all required construction documentation with the City of Napavine, Washington, and Lewis County Fire Protection District #5. Detailed "As Built" documents in .DWG format will be provided to the fire district. BONDS Not required
