Napavine School District is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified Architectural firms for the design and construction of a new Career and Technical Education/Agricultural Mechanics (CTE/AgMech) Building at the existing Napavine High School. The proposed building is anticipated to be approximately 4,000 square feet and may be constructed using pre-engineered metal, wood-framed, masonry, or a combination of these methods. The total estimated construction cost is around $1.8 million, with about $1.3 million already secured through grant funding. The selected architect must comply with all state and federal funding requirements, including equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination, environmental protection, and non-collusion. Architects are instructed to obtain the RFQ from the designated contact to be included on the RFQ holders list, which is used for distributing addenda and relevant information. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted via email by the specified deadline; late submissions will not be considered.
